3. 付费优先委托（¥4,800 起，成交可全额抵扣）：我们代你核验对手方资质、比对多家报价、出具撮合方案与合规提示，并对接至签约。
4. 成交计费：撮合成功后按成交额的 2% 收取居间服务费；未成交不收费。
