The User acknowledges that some data consists of technical aggregation and indexing of public information and that the Platform does not warrant its original accuracy; where official sources are authoritative, the User shall verify independently. The Platform does not issue, act as agent for, or hold on trust any carbon allowance, environmental right or government permit.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the parties shall replace it with a lawful provision closest to the original intent. The User may not assign its rights or obligations without the Platform’s written consent; the Platform may assign them to an affiliate in accordance with law.
