Explains how the Platform collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information, and how Users exercise rights of access, correction and erasure.
At registration, ordering, payment, delivery, customer service and compliance verification, the Platform collects identity, contact, entity qualification, transaction and payment information, and device and log information on a minimum-necessary basis, in order to perform the contract, provide and improve the Services, ensure security and comply with law.
The Platform does not collect personal information unrelated to the Services provided; processing of sensitive personal information requires separate consent.
The User has the right to access, copy, correct, supplement and erase personal information, to withdraw consent, to restrict or object to certain processing and to close the account. Requests may be made through the published channels or customer service.
The Platform will respond within the statutory period, except in cases provided by law; withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of that consent.
The Platform retains personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes and for the periods required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
The Platform protects personal information through encrypted transmission and storage, access control, audit trails, least privilege and periodic security assessments.
"Platform" means the website, applications, interfaces and all related services provided by the operator; "User" means any natural person, legal person or unincorporated organization that accesses or uses the Services; "Services" means all products and business publicly offered and orderable on the Platform.
Terms such as "matched pair", "resource package", "data package", "membership benefit" and "information report" shall have the scope and quantities stated on the corresponding pages of the Platform.
By browsing, registering, placing an order, making a payment, calling an interface or otherwise using the Services, the User is deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to this Agreement and the related rules published on the Platform. Those who do not agree shall immediately stop using the Services.
This Agreement takes effect on the date the User first uses the Services and remains in force until the account is closed or the Platform terminates the Services in accordance with this Agreement. The Platform may update this Agreement in line with business and legal requirements; updates take effect upon publication.
The User shall have the legal capacity appropriate to the transactions concerned. A User acting for a legal person or unincorporated organization warrants that it is duly authorized and is responsible for all acts of that entity.
The User shall provide true, accurate, complete and valid identity and entity information and shall update it promptly upon change. The User bears the consequences of untrue, outdated or incomplete information; the Platform may verify information and refuse or suspend the Services accordingly.
The Platform processes personal information on the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity and good faith, within the minimum scope required, and performs its duties of notice, consent, access, copying and erasure in accordance with law.
The Platform adopts technical and organizational measures including encryption, access control and least privilege to protect personal information. In the event of an actual or probable personal information breach, the Platform will promptly handle it in accordance with law and notify Users and competent authorities as required.
Trade secrets, quotations, customer lists, matching targets, data content and other non-public information of one party that the other party learns in performing this Agreement are confidential information and may be used only for the purpose of performing this Agreement.
The confidentiality obligation continues from disclosure until the information enters the public domain or the rights holder consents in writing to disclosure. Breach causing loss to the other party entails liability for damages.
Platform data comes from public sources, licensed data sources and the Platform’s own collection and processing. The Platform indicates the source and licence on the data page (e.g. government open data, ODbL, CC0) and provides access under the applicable licence terms.
The User acknowledges that some data consists of technical aggregation and indexing of public information and that the Platform does not warrant its original accuracy; where official sources are authoritative, the User shall verify independently. The Platform does not issue, act as agent for, or hold on trust any carbon allowance, environmental right or government permit.
Each party represents and warrants to the other that it is duly organized and validly existing, has obtained all internal authorizations and external approvals required to enter into and perform this Agreement, and that such entry into and performance do not breach applicable law or its commitments to others.
The Platform provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and will use reasonable commercial efforts to keep them continuous and stable. The Platform gives no warranty against interruption, error or loss caused by third-party data, third-party systems or factors beyond its control.
This Agreement remains in force from its effective date until the parties’ rights and obligations are fully performed or it is terminated in accordance with its terms. Membership and subscription services run from the start and end dates stated in the order; rights automatically end if not renewed on expiry.
The Platform may suspend or terminate the Services without liability in any of the following cases: material breach by the User of this Agreement or Platform rules; provision of false information or fraudulent conduct; request by a competent authority; or termination, bankruptcy or liquidation of the User.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued before termination, nor the survival of confidentiality, intellectual property ownership, limitation of liability and dispute resolution provisions.
The Platform may send notices to the User via on-site messages, the order page, email, SMS or other means it deems appropriate. A notice is deemed served when sent to the contact details provided at registration or order, or subsequently updated by the User.
The User shall keep its contact details true, valid and up to date. Failure to receive a notice due to incorrect, invalid or un-updated contact details constitutes valid service, and the User bears the consequences.
The Platform may amend this Agreement and Platform rules in response to changes in law, regulatory requirements or business adjustments, and will notify Users by platform announcement, on-site notice or email. Amendments take effect on the date stated in the publication.
Continued use of the Services after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance. A User who does not agree shall stop using the Services before the effective date and may apply to terminate the relevant services.
The Chinese version of this Agreement prevails, with the English version as a reference translation. Other language versions are provided solely for convenience and do not vary the Chinese version.
In case of ambiguity, omission or conflict between the Chinese version and any other language version, the Chinese version prevails; translation errors in any language do not affect the validity of the Chinese version.
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, China).
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring an action before the competent people’s court at the place where the Platform operator is domiciled. During dispute resolution, the parties shall continue to perform the provisions unaffected by the dispute.
